After a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction. The processing time may vary depending on the payment provider but generally takes between 5 to 10 business days.

In certain cases, refunds may not be applicable, such as when the product has been used, damaged by the user, or returned without original packaging. Products marked as non-returnable or non-refundable are also not eligible for refunds.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or other available methods after verifying the user's details.

As onehorn.online operates as a marketplace, individual sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders and handling product quality. However, we assist users in resolving disputes and ensuring fair outcomes wherever possible.
